Please keep your tracking number as proof of return. Sniptopin is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if they are not properly packaged or tracked.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, incorrect item shipped).
Free Return Shipping: If you are returning a product because of a defect, damage during shipping, or incorrect item, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. Please contact us to receive this label.
5. Refunds
